What We Do
Marin Center is operated by the Department of Cultural Services for the County of Marin. Working in partnership with the Marin Cultural Association to support art and culture in Marin County, we create greater access to the arts for everyone in Marin by:
- Increasing participation;
- Advancing collaboration;
- Optimizing resources.
Our department:
- Operates the Marin Center campus and facilities as rental venues;
- Showcases a diverse series of performances and events in our theaters;
- Exhibits art by Marin County artists in our galleries;
- Produces the Marin County Fair – the largest annual event in Marin;
- Oversees the Frank Lloyd Wright Civic Center docent tours.
